Shipping policy

UNITED STATES & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Orders are typically processed within two business days, Monday through Thursday. During the holidays or other rush periods, processing time may increase slightly. 

At checkout, you can select from several carriers for shipping. Choose shipping service during checkout based on their estimated arrival times.

Please make sure to double check the address where you want your purchase shipped. If your order should unfortunately go missing, contact us within two days after your scheduled delivery date at xdl.shop@xdifferentleaf.com so we can track your package and follow up with the carrier.

We are not responsible for duties and taxes on orders outside of the US. Should the package be refused at the point of delivery, the order will be charged a return shipping fee as well as the duties and taxes incurred on the shipment.
